Need cable from Ortofon RS-212 tonearm to preamp!

The original seems a bit old and stiff. I have the original 7-pin connector, but wouldn't mind a new one, especially if it was part of a whole assembly (i.e. including the cables and RCA jacks). I could certainly assemble my own, as well.

Mostly, I've found 5-pin DINs in tonearm cable assemblies. Anyone know of a source for the properly sized 7-pin DINs?

How about a suggestion for cable? I'll be using a Denon DL-103 cart, going into a home made step-up using Altec 4722s, into a Juicy Music Blueberry Xtreme preamp.

Thanks for the assistance.
