Last place I would ask to do the job is a blacksmith / metal fabricator. It requires proper electronics-quality work done by an audiophile who understands the special conductivity needs of high performance audio gear. I recommend that you simply take some Supra BFA's and Vampire BAR spades to a local audio repair shop (or mail them to a cable re-termination shop found online) and simply ask them to silver solder the barrier spades to the BFA connector contacts.
