Best: Kimber Ultraplate. Are they still available? They sound great but perhaps their perceived value (they are quite simple in appearance)has made them less marketable then Ray Kimber's WBT line.

Worst: Neutrik. Yes they have special "make the earth (ground) first" construction. Nice solder buckets etc. But they sound distinctly dull to me.
