I beg to differ on Eichmann plug opinion. Unless you're talking about more expensive base metal, I'll choose Eichmann Basis Bullet over any gold plated plugs with brass base from any make. It's a steal for $25-30 a set of 4. The copper base Eichmann Bullet is even better as I have both. I don't find Eichmann plug's construction an issue; just don't twist it when plugging or unplugging. Soldering is just as easy as working with traditional constructed plugs.
