for ignorance. I don't mean this in a negative sense. It is just that there are too many variables in power cord and AC service for audio to make a blanket statement that power cord X is better than power cord Y.

The starting point is your AC service. Do you have dedicated AC circuits or a typical convenience outlet circuit? Do you have standard, spec-grade, or specialized outlets?

Your findings might have been reversed if these items were different.
