Eupen GNLM power cords are shielded and ferrite loaded designs that might not be such a good thing for power amplification applications. You may desire a more open sounding presentation that unshielded designs often better provide when placed on power amplifiers.
In many folks experience, satisfactory power cord selections are often prone to matters of synergy as much as any other audio cable choice. Also noteworthy (a very interesting thing) is the relationship between power cords and interconnects, as particular pairings can seem to "work in tandem" (sometimes rather profoundly) to subjectively optimize or at least pleasingly shape the sonic signature of a particular component or the gestalt of a system. Even the choice of AC connectors can make or break component/system synergy (not to mention AC outlet options...).
