Speaker cables with VERY dry and tight bass

I need a pair of jumpers that will link the mids connectors to the bass ones.
They must help to control, dry and tighten the bass, but they shouldnt hide too much informations because the woofer is cut high at 400hz.

I have been suggested Kimber 8TC (what's the difference with the stereophile jubilee edition btw?)

Do you have other suggestions?
The budget is about 120$ for 2 pairs of short jumpers, terminated with spades.
