I'm going with a well spaced shield to lower the capacitance.
I suppose that in our environment there is a lot of RFI due to mobile phones, radio's, Tv satellite transmissions and so on.
That's why my idea is to preserve the signal with shield.
Otherwise why almost cable producers like Audioquest and other brands use a shield?
