Cables this stiff are a sore point for me- audiophiles are, generally, tweaky sorts. What do you think a cable applying pressure to something does to certain suspended turntable designs? Gear on rollerblocks?

I don't know why a company would make a cable so stiff you can hardly use it... seems foolish.
