Generally the better cable should go at the source. Also since you have different cables try them in different configurations. Also what is your goal? Not just "better" but are you looking for more HF or LF or anything in particular? So connect a Nordost to the McCormack and the Signal between the pre and power amp (if it is 2ch and you have enough cables to "switch") Good luck! Also it takes a real good install to make inwall sound good. Most times on inwall installs the speakers go where they "have to", not where they should.
