Please don't use scare tactics. IMO, this is not in the interests of the consumers at large.

Anyhow, here is a post that caught my eye on the subject. THe author is a well known engineer and audio designer, and he has an interesting take.

Continue in the thread, and you will see that he does state that there is some reversion. I don't think he is just making this stuff up.
