The answer to your first question is no. I have 3 cords that I sell using the design....no trade secrets...sorry.

Sorry I didn't get back to you, but I have been on the road for the past few weeks and I just flew home on Sunday. R-C network???? I have no idea of what you are talking about...does this have to do with Chris speaker filter??? If so, then the answer is to use the TI Shield as a magnetic choke. Chris used a hobby box to house the filter, covering one side with TI Shield will increase the magnetic field between the filter and shielding. Use the ground wire to adjust the strength of the magnetic field...that's it. Is there a formula??? Yes and no...it's more trial and error per application. The interaction between the speaker crossover and amplifier will dictate the ground size.

Now if that answer is off topic then my original comment stands...I'm Al...I just work here.
