I listen primarily to music on the heavier side, from Maiden to Marduk and Vader.

Try Canare cables for affordability.
There may be better cables out there ... but, they will cost you.
If the Canare can do it for you, tyhen, you'll be a happy chappy, if not,well, they don't cost a bomb. You can move up from there.
