So, the plot thickens on all fronts. I wonder what the other fellow meant when he said, "You should connect digital audio out on your DVD player to the digital inputs on your arcam, since the arcam has a really good D/A converter inside." Could he have meant that I needed a cable that would adapt digital out at one end to regular old RCA interconnects on the other? Or was he just full of baloney?
