my fear of buying cable with the "wrong" banana plug

I bought some Speaker cables awhile back that I am looking to replace. I have one certain "fear" however.

The thing is I need banana plugs. However during my experience I have noticed that when requesting banana plugs I have seen two kinds of banana plugs.

One kind looks like little straight metal "poles", this is not the kind I need in my system. The other one kind of looks like a pole but it has a kind of a expanded metal "snap" so to speak.

Perhaps I am explaing wrongly. With the straight metal "pole" banana plug I have a hard time plugging these connectors in the amp, and most importantly I have a hard time of disconnecting from the amp/speakers. The other type of banana plugs which I am looking for seem to be a "plug n play" type. Where I push them in and they snap into place. I need to know what to request in terms of termination to get these "push in snap and go" banana plugs. I can't stand the other types.

I know this might sound strange but perhaps someone knows what I am talking about?
