Some of the power cords you mentioned I have at home and are not using them. I have tried many, many power cords in the last 5 years. I have tried all of the ZU PC products, which never did anything audible for my system. I still do have a 6' ZU Birth in the closet. These are very inexpensive, like under $75 new.
I have tried and still have a few VH Audio Flavor 4 in the closet. If good plugs are used, the Flavor 4s are neutral and decent power cords. They are fairly inexpensive and for the "price" one of the best I have tried. I also have a VH Audio Flavor 1 that I am not using. Again an inexpensive power cord. From my experience and on my gear and PLCs I have tried it on, the performance was ok. Slightly better then the ZU Birth or stock Belden PC.
Never tried any Element or Signal cables. Unfortunately the only power cords I have really, really liked are expensive :o(
I do not think I am being very helpful, sorry. Unfortunately almost every power cord that I have tried or compared against that were $150 or less (new price tag) didn't really do anything positive in my system. It is possibly because the inferior plugs or connectors used on $150 cables do effect the cables performance to such a degree that the sonics get degraded too much.
So for under $200, my vote goes to a VH Audio Flavor 4 with the "best" quality plugs you can fit in the budget.
Anyway, my 2 cents worth.
Chris
