The lowest capacitance will depend what you do with the wires. For example, a pair of low guage wires spaced an inch or so apart will have very low capacitance, the tradeoff however, is increased noise pickup because the wires are spaced. For a coax, you need a very small center wire and a very thick foamed dielectric, which is not very user friendly.

If you really need low capacitance, your best bet is to shop the marketplace or ask the other inmates here.
