I've had bi-wireable speakers for 15 years, and I always disliked using two runs of cable. Since the late 90s, I have used internally bi-wired speaker cables, and haven't looked back. The above is a prime example. It's the Totem Forest used with an internal bi-wire XLO Unlimited Edition.
But if you have a single wire with jumpers, you'll just have to experiment. There are 4 permutations. You can run + and - to the tweeter first. You can run + to the tweeter and - to the woofer. You can run - to the tweeter, and + to the woofer. Or, you can run both + and - to the woofer. In any case, make sure you use high-quality jumpers.
People who have taken the time to try all 4 combos report mixed results. Some like it one way, others like it another.
Before I had the UE-5, I used a single run XLO Signature with Sig2 jumpers. Honestly, there was very little difference between the 4 combos. I just went with both + and - going first to the tweeter, then using the jumpers to go to the woofer.
