Hello inmates!I want to play my mono Lps but I don't want to buy a mono cartridge or change my preamp....etc. I'm going to attempt to make some "Y" interconnects and turn the stereo signal into a mono signal. This will be my second time making a cable, the first time was a simple IC.
I have a Tri-Planar arm, ZYX UNIverse (low output), Audion tube pre. I don't need or want to spend big bucks on this project, $150-$200 tops.
What's the best approach and what cable brands are recommended?
TIA
