Hello John,I just built a balance power condioner per your site using Signal transformer Model DU-1. I tested and the power output on the secondary is a little high 129 to 130 volts (65 reference to the tap). My normal output outlet from my area is around 123 volt. Therefore it's about right.
I would like to use 110 tap instead of 120 tap to reduce the voltage a little. How do I hook up in this case for both primary and secondary and still keep it in balance.
