To the seller's credit, he gave me a refund. Probably a good thing, too, because I would have turned it into world war three with ebay, paypal, etc. had he not done so. The only thing I ate was the shipping back to him which I conceded right off the bat in an effort to entice him to do the right thing and I figure I deserve that hit for trying to get something for nothing.

FYI, from the looks of them, they are partsconnexion.com wbt knock off 0101 bodies (i.e., junk) with either genuine WBT 0108 sleeves or someone really went to town creating some darn nice counterfeits of the sleeves. The laser etching is very nice and makes them look completely legit. I suspect this letter scenario to be the case.

Check out the Nakamichi RCA connectors he is selling, as well. They look identical to the fake WBT's with the only difference being the logo that says Nakamichi. The thing about these is that the only Nakamichi RCA connectors I can find anywhere look nothing like these.
