Hi j thunders,
I am so sorry that you got burned.
We try to keep these listings off eBay. eBay has what they call a VERO program. VERO enables the trademark owner to request removal of such listings, but just like Whack-a-Mole it is a constant routine.
Please let me know if you find an eBay listing that looks "funny"
