I said the materials were similar between the P&S 8200 and the FP-15. In actual fact the 8200 uses nylon for both the front and back shell. The FP-15 uses a nylon/fibreglass front body and a polycarbonate shell. If anything I'd expect the dielectric properties of the FP-15 would be superior to the 8200 (and the Clipsal which appears to be nylon/plastic). Again, I can't see any practical problem using the FP-15 on 240V - though I bet you won't find a sparky willing to install one.
