My colleagues and I have had internal bi-wire versions of the Blue Heaven, SPM Reference, Valkyrja, and Valhalla. The little booklet that came with the Valkyrja says that the inside leads usually go to the woofer, but didn't say why or why not.In practice, we've tried all four permutations, but have only concluded that if there are any sonic differences, they are small. I'd say tha 2/3 of us don't hear any significant and repeatable differences, but 1/3 think there are subtle differences. And of course, there's always one guy who insists there are major differences [one of my friends insists that using the internal leads to the tweeter "rocks harder"]. My opinion is, "just go with the method that looks the neatest."
