biwired 89259 speaker cables

I am getting ready to make a pair of biwired 89259 speaker cables (actually just two pair of cross connected 89259 ran to both the HF and LF binding posts). My question is regarding twisted the two pairs of cables together at the amp's binding posts. Would it be better to twist the HF and LF cables together or terminated each pair with spades and them put them into the binding posts together?
