I have made two sets of Chris VH's diy silver IC's, one set balanced and one set single-ended. Both sets improved my listening greatly. The balanced set runs 10.5 feet. This is a run I tried a bunch of different cables on. Lower capacitance always sounded better than higher, I noticed. This set I made sounded better than anything I tried. It was also the lowest in capacitance. These are easy to make. If making single ended ones, use the silver eichmann bullets.
