Inexpensive Power Cords for high power Amp's

I am hoping to get some new monoblock amplifiers soon.
(Well, new to me, as I will be buying them used on Audiogon.)
They will be 200+ wpc.
The problem is that I need to get some custom made power cords as one of the amplifiers will be about 8-9 feet from my dedicated power outlets. (Typically the stock cords are only 6 feet long at best.)
Therefore I figure I will get need to get two, 3 meter, power cords made. (I don't have a balance control on my preamp, so I want to balance everything as much as possible.)
Since 3 meter power cords don't show up used very often, and rarely, if ever, do they come up in pairs, I think I am stuck buying new PCs.
Question: Without breaking the bank, what power cords will not limit my dynamics on my amplifiers?
(If you can I would like two options, one for power cords under $500 for the pair and one for power cords under $1,000 for the pair.
