Why would u spend 20 hours braiding speaker wire to connect to a really old pair of speakers? Maybe 20 hours spent finding new speakers would be 20 hours better spent. IMHO
P.S. This is not a flame. When ur speakers were designed they guessed at what they were doing. Now they KNOW what they are doing(some anyway).
