I'm not sure about the focus of "inmate central" either. I did vote for mandatory registration even though many unregistered poster do make valid contributions. I quess the popularity of inmate central will be determine by how many registered inmated make their posts here instead of in general asylum. But for sure 70% of the new posts are not being made here instead of general - maybe it's going to take some time?
