In 1999 my live with girlfriend at the time wanted a new convertable. She liked the Mustang but it sucked in the snow. She wanted front wheel drive.
She decided on a Chrysler Sebring Limited loaded. A new 98 model. The salesman was a slickster and only trying to give her 2K off sticker on a new no miles but one year old and in February no less! My ex bro in law is a dealer and I called him. He called back five minutes later with 5K more off and buy rate ( the interest rate the dealer gets) on the financing. Needless to say I scored many points, she gave me her 92 Maxima SE and the salesman wasnt happy.

Her neice still has the car which now has 203K on it.
