Im on a roll today, no sense stopping now. It is bait and switch to show a product one way when it is another. ALL fast food and pizza commercials are guilty of this. I just saw a business card commercial where they show a very fancy multicolored card and then say you can gey 500 cards for 9.99 and say they start at 9.99 in small letters. The deception goes on and on. Our FTC needs to put a stop to this. Its really getting out of hand.
The tech industry does it with cell phone, cable and SAT offers that deceive as well. If they have an introductory offer they should be mandated to say what the price will be on just as big lettering whrn the intro period is over.
We tolerate far too much BS from the politicians and business. We just dont realize the power we have. We need only learn to consolidate it which with todays communications should be easier than ever.
