HK 930 Rejuvenation

Picked up a cosmetically poor but functional HK 930 and have been cleaning it up (switches, antenna bracket broken, twigs and spider webs inside, case needs repainting, etc etc). So far, things have gone extremely well but I need a bulb source. I am in Canada, and Parts Express looks very simple for shipping. From what I can tell, I can purchase the following:

o fuse type bulbs for dial (6.3V 250mA)

o stereo indicator lamp (14V 80mA.. ones below are 12V 70mA)

I am not sure I see a suitable replacement for the 8V 150mA function lights. My questions are:

1. are the above bulbs correct?
2. anyone know of a suitable replacement for the 8V 150mA bulbs at parts express? Parts express only seems to have 8V 35mA?
3. on a particularly heinous note, there is a deep, 1.5" scratch on the top chrome. I want to fix this and instead of rechroming am debating covering the chrome trim with a nice metallic paint. Seems risky, and not sure how the result will be... has anyone attempted this? Some of the krylon metal paints look interesting.

Thanks... has been a fun project so far.
