NO Way! I worked on them all in the day! The Sony's were a step above the Pioneers in build quality and performance. That unit is about 40 WRMS per ch.. That's a keeper! If it's clean and not reworked with poor quality parts, restore it and dump that puny Pioneer!Bill G. (ExTech.)
