Hello Chenchen:Bear in mind that the TO 300 has a 6600 ohm primary while the A470 has a 4300 ohm primary. Also.. if my memory has not failed me... isn't the TO300 only rated for 20 watts output while the A470 is rated for 35 watts.
Both the Dyna and the Acro are fine designs in their own right. Use them smartly and well and either one should suffice in proper application.
In a ST70 amp... personally, I would stick with the A470.
