I don't think it can be reattached- the surround is torn and needs
a patch. That will likely require prying up the thick shim around the
outside of the frame so you can glue in proper surround material,
either paper or foam.
Or replace the entire surround. A patch is probably going to stiffen
the surround slightly.
575 might mean Heppner.
