I think they may be PA amp transformers. Blue and blue/white for plates, red for B+. There could be quite a few secondary taps - 4, 8, 16 and 70V, maybe more. Black, yellow,green, white were common for speaker taps, though not always consistent. An ohmmeter could tell a lot.
