RE: Unusual switch problem

These are double pole, double throw, double contact switches with the contacts in line. On the far left switch measure resistance on the left row, pin one to pin two, note the outcome and then push in the button to see if it changes state. Do the same from pin two to pin three, if it changes state your good. Repeat on the other switches. I'd bet someone didn't know the pinout and gave up.
On the link below if you look at the diagram at the top right, far right over DPDT you can get an idea.
BTW, that is an unusual switch!
