A buddy of mine did that coming down from a roof on an extension ladder. But he missed about 10 feet up and did a double back flip to the bushes below. It scored a 1 out of 10, landing on his hip.
Being in his late 50s and doing construction work all his life, that was the straw that broke the hip's back. So, he got a new one.The good new is that the new one is great, the bad, the other one, not so much.
