$750 sight unseen, and with hum as stated by the Seller. Ask to see pictures, and to personally inspect the amp, then stress that the top dollar amps are in perfect cosmetic and operating condition, and include premium Mullard tubes.
If you end up paying less than $1500, you will have made money if you decide you don't like the amp, or you decide that the cost of repair is prohibitive.
