Dual 5AR4 input capacitance

just picked up a Knight KB-85 which uses dual 5AR4 rectifiers feeding a 16 ufd @ 700 for the first pole. I was thinking of using a 20 ufd 700 v film cap for that cap, is that safe for the 5AR4 rectifiers? Any other suggestions on this rebuild is appreciated. BTW, I note on the schematic that the 2 can caps have as their first cap a 60 ufd @ 500 v, yet the voltage on that section is noted as 495 v! Isn't that cutting it a bit close! thanks!
