The Scott 4310 is really a remarkable tuner in so many ways..Even when hooked to the indoor dipole antenna,I'm able to pull in the PBS stations in Ann Arbor which are about 90 miles from me.I'm just doing chassis cosmetics as I got a new tuning capacitor label for 26 dollars.Notice one of the knob inserts is missing and that is a piece of black vinyl which I got from the hobby shop for a dollar.I'm tracing the insert from another knob and cutting it and putting it back in.
" The amp to the right is my Scott 272 and I only put better coupling caps in so far and the filament/diode bridge...I'll do the power supply later but this is the amp I'm running the EH 6CA7s for the 4th week and they just keep getting more refined.Maybe this is a freaky quad but but whatever it is,I'll take it ..LOL
