JBL 4410 studio moniters

Found a pair at goodwill today $20. No grills. Needed to remove the rear connector cup on one b/c of loose connector. Very simple fix. Listening to them now. They sound very good, but from pics I've seen online, I think these may have had drivers replaced with after market products. Drivers don't like pics of 4410s I've seen online. (Crappy ipad pic below). Not sure what is neutral setting for mid & HF, 0 at 4 o'clock or -3, w/ dial straight up. Opinions welcome. (Posted over at speaker forum as well.)

Thanks,
Jim
