first clean all switches and pots.
I recently went through a similar vintage Pioneer receiver with a channel out.
If possible, try to narrow down the problem: in the pre or power amp section. The Pioneer had jumpers that made it easy to validate. i found a dirty AUX switch. Cleaned the switch and everything works.
