RE: MR-66 Service Manual needed

Thanks for the lead. Went to the site. He has three copies of the service amnual(!). You need a login to access them. Emailed him a couple of days ago requesting access; not sure if that's the right approach. Can anyone advise on how to get access to download from his site?
