I've seen my friend working on the Curcio Audio Daniel II lately, and it has 2 stages (mater plus slave) regulation.

So I'm thinking whether any good regulator out there, and which is no needed to put 2 stages regulation.

I heard the K&K is based on Salas SSHV design. But don't know the others. Some even suggests I have the Maida go after the first C and then feeding the K&K shunt regulator.
