You really need to give some more info about the choke and the circuit it is going into in order for a fair assessment to be made.
What is the Rp of the tube it will be loading?
What is the inductance of the choke?
What is the maximum AC voltage at the lowest frequency of interest?
If the choke is intended for parafeed output you may be fine but putting the possible 1100Vdc insulation issues aside that high of a voltage suggests you may also have the possibility of fairly High AC voltages and that AC on top of the 80maDC could very well saturate the plate choke at low frequency signal peaks.
The easiest way to check this is with a signal generator and scope since magnetic saturation is easily visible on a sine wave.
