I've given Triode quite a bit of business over the years. They've treated me well. I wasn't aware that they also offer a Mark III kit - though at a cost of $100 more.
The Dynakitparts site states that their transformers are made in the USA. I was hoping that they were supplied by the same company that makes Triode's.
I need to figure out whether I want the original 6AN8 front end or the one that Triode offers. I'm a frugal person, and using half of a tube doesn't sit well with me. I suppose I could wire the amps' sockets so that I could alternate front end tubes occasionally, utilizing both triodes in each envelope.Adam
