We don't get a LOT of lightning strikes but there are a lot of aquifers under us making a good ground for lightning. BIG white flashes and big trees split open.
Once I've paid for the new 63 based system and the small split AC system to keep RH around 45% in Summer in that room. Two or more iso-trannies are on my want list.
Costing the installs by our sparky will be a factor.
