I doubt they are made the same way. I guess aluminum is used instead of tin or copper? They offer a copper foil polystyrene. I tend to think that is what the agreement is - Vcaps are teflon and copper or tin and RELCAP (if this is the case) are restricted to using aluminum for their branded product.
