The scam angle is getting an email outlining that you have problems, whilst a) you're not currently active on eBay, b) you do not have nor ever had any problems and c) the fact that it asks for personal and confidential information. Oh, and the 'eBay Safeharbor Department'??? Gimme a break.DUI, you amaze me :-)
